A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and its major components looking for major defects. The Inspection normally take about 3 hours depending on the size of the home and the condition. I do recommend you join me the day of the inspection so you can be fully educated about the condition of the home. You will receive a full report of the home inspection with color photos. This also gives you the opportunity to review the entire home again.

About Me

Congratulations on your decision of a new home. I was born and raised in the construction profession. I am a 4th generation construction worker building and renovating homes. My vast knowledge of homes has lead me into the path of inspecting residential and commercial buildings. I am a NYS Certified Home Inspector ID# 16000062440.

Inspecting homes is not just a profession of mine, but it's also something I very much enjoy doing. While inspecting a home, I encourage you to join me. When it came time to come up with a name for my business, I couldn't think of a better way to portray trust and dependability then to name the business after my trustworthy companion and best friend, Drake.
